Initiate Your Request
Log in to your Brick account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the device in its original box with all included accessories, manuals, and cables to ensure a full refund eligibility.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are covered or removed.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once our technicians inspect the hardware, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
